Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Simio AI Console is an add-in for Simio simulation software that provides AI chat capabilities through third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini). The service is provided by Simulation Helpdesk OÜ.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Token limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of the first purchase if you're unsatisfied.

3. License Terms

• Each license key is for one user on one machine at a time.
• You may transfer your license between machines using the Deactivate/Transfer feature.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license keys is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms.

4. Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to Gemini Flash models with rate limits. No license key is required. The free plan may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions.
• Do not reverse-engineer the software or API.
• Do not use automated tools to abuse the service.

6. Third-Party Services

The AI responses are generated by Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of AI outputs. Use of these AI providers is subject to their respective terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Simio AI Console is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to: incorrect AI responses, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Disclaimer

Simio AI Console is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Simio LLC. "Simio" is a trademark of Simio LLC.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
