1. Who We Are

Simio AI Console is operated by Simulation Helpdesk OÜ, an Estonian company. We provide an AI assistant add-in for Simio simulation software.

2. What Data We Collect

• Account information: Email address, name, and company name (provided during purchase).
• License data: License key, machine fingerprint (hardware hash), machine name, activation timestamps.
• Usage data: Token counts and request counts for billing purposes. We do not store the content of your AI conversations.
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• License activation and validation
• Usage metering and billing
• Sending license keys and support communications
• Improving the service

4. AI Data Processing

When you use the AI chat feature, your messages are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic for Claude, Google for Gemini) for processing. We act as a proxy and do not store conversation content. Please review the privacy policies of Anthropic and Google for how they handle data.

5. Machine Fingerprinting

To enforce single-machine licensing, we generate a hardware-based fingerprint (SHA256 hash of CPU ID and disk serial number). This hash cannot be reverse-engineered to identify your hardware. It is stored on our server and locally in an encrypted cache file.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers and D1 database) with encryption at rest. Local license cache is AES-encrypted on your machine.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@simulationhelpdesk.com to exercise these rights.
